Refund Policy

HackwithClaude offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all credit-pack purchases. If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

1. Visit paddle.net and enter the email you used at checkout — refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.
2. Or email support@hackwithclaude.com with your order ID and we'll forward the refund request to Paddle on your behalf.

What happens after a refund

Once a refund is issued, the credits associated with that purchase may no longer be used and your account will be paused while the refund is reconciled. Contact support if you believe this was made in error.

Things to note

• Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
• Chargebacks initiated through your bank without first contacting us may delay resolution and pause your account.
• Free credits (signup bonus, referral bonus, milestone bonus) are not refundable as no money changed hands.
