Legal
Terms of Service
Effective date: September 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of HackwithClaude, including our website, dashboard, API endpoints and related support. By creating an account or sending a request through our API, you agree to them.
1. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.
- Account information must be accurate. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account and API keys.
- If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you may bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. The service
HackwithClaude provides an OpenAI-compatible endpoint that routes your requests to third-party model providers. Available models, capabilities, routing and performance may change as upstream providers change. We may retry, reroute or temporarily disable a model for availability, reliability or compliance reasons.
3. API keys and single-user access
- Keys are issued for a single user. Do not share, publish or resell them.
- Using your key as a public gateway, proxy or reseller endpoint — unless you purchased a plan that explicitly allows it — will result in immediate revocation without refund.
- Keep keys out of public repositories, client-side code and URLs. Tell us immediately at @hackwithclaude on Telegram if a key is exposed.
4. Plans, billing and taxes
- Unlimited plans run for the exact window purchased (24 hours or 28 days). Nothing auto-renews.
- Token packs are one-time purchases credited to your account on payment.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in USD and exclude local taxes.
- All sales are final. See our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Your use must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break it, without refund.
6. Your content and model outputs
- You keep the rights to your prompts and outputs. We process them only to fulfil your request; we do not store prompt or completion bodies.
- Models can produce inaccurate, incomplete or offensive output. Review output before relying on it, and use human review for decisions affecting a person's rights, health, safety, employment or finances.
- Do not submit health records, payment card data, government identifiers or biometric data through the API.
7. Referrals and bonus rewards
Referral points and social-post bonuses are granted at our discretion and require genuine, verifiable activity. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, disposable emails and coordinated sign-ups from the same network are rejected, and any rewards already granted may be reversed.
8. Availability and support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Upstream provider outages, maintenance and rate changes can affect specific models. Support is provided over Telegram on a best-effort basis.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits or data.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access immediately for policy breaches, fraud, chargebacks or abuse. You may stop using the service at any time; unused plan time and token balances are not refundable.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. The effective date above always reflects the current version, and continued use after an update means you accept it.
