Refund Policy

All sales are final
All payments made on HackwithClaude are final. We do not provide refunds once a purchase, token pack or API access plan has been activated or delivered.
1. API access is immediately consumable
API keys and token balances are digital goods that can be consumed immediately upon delivery. Because access cannot be returned or revoked in a way that guarantees non-use, we cannot offer refunds after the order has been processed.
2. Before you buy
We encourage every user to start with our free token allocation and review the documentation before purchasing. If you have any questions about features, model availability or compatibility, contact @hackwithclaude on Telegram before completing payment.
3. Processing issues
If your API key or token balance is not delivered within the stated processing window, open a support request on Telegram. We will investigate and, where appropriate, extend access or issue a replacement — this is not a refund, but a fulfillment correction.
4. Chargebacks and disputes
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting support may result in immediate suspension of your account and associated API keys. We reserve the right to contest fraudulent or abusive dispute claims.
5. Exceptions
In rare cases of demonstrable billing error caused by our platform — such as duplicate charges for the same order — we may, at our sole discretion, issue account credit equal to the overcharged amount. This does not constitute a change to the no-refund policy.
6. Policy updates
This policy may be updated. The effective date above reflects the current version. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree to the terms on this page.
